（一）涂層質(zhì)量不符合要求

1.1施涂底漆、面漆的遍數(shù)和厚度不符合規(guī)定

1.3鋼結(jié)構(gòu)(工程結(jié)構(gòu))公司對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)(工程結(jié)構(gòu))工程的防腐涂施工所用防腐工時(shí)及漆料費(fèi)用，在作施工預(yù)算時(shí)，都以規(guī)定的涂層遍數(shù)厚度取費(fèi)過.但實(shí)際施工時(shí)往往偷工減料，未按要求的遍數(shù)、厚度施涂。遍數(shù)、厚度均減少，起不到防腐保護(hù)作用。

目前鋼結(jié)構(gòu)(工程結(jié)構(gòu))公司(包括制作、安裝公司)對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防腐涂面漆的施涂程序(procedure)尚未統(tǒng)一，有的制作單位將底漆、面漆在發(fā)運(yùn)前，均全部施涂完畢，由于吊裝、運(yùn)輸過程將大部分面漆損壞，在安裝現(xiàn)場還得重新修補(bǔ)面漆、造成面漆接茬的質(zhì)量、色調(diào)與漆不同，浪費(fèi)工時(shí)和漆料;有的制作單位將底漆施涂完成發(fā)運(yùn)安裝現(xiàn)場，但安裝單位將面漆在構(gòu)件全部固定安裝后在高空施涂，導(dǎo)致面漆的施涂質(zhì)量較差，不但不起防腐作用，也不安全，并浪費(fèi)了大量工時(shí)，材料和增加了工程費(fèi)用。
